  3. 30 ml A. Sake
  4. 20 ml A. Soy sauce
  5. 1 tsp A. Sugar
  6. 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  7. 1 dash Honey
  8. 1 Black sesame seeds


Preparation steps:


  1. Slice the sweet potato about 1 mm thick. Put in a bowl of water to soak for a while. Make the other things to put in a bento box (or for dinner) in the meantime.

  2. Drain the sweet potatoes and pat dry. Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the potato slices.
